1 Working Mechanism

Laser shoots high energy instantly and the high energy smashes and removes the pigment of the lesions effectively: Laser shoots high energy instantly and the laser with fixed wavelength passes through epidermis to the inner part of epidermis in very short time (only 6ns). Then it smashes the relative chromophore immediately;

The relative chromophore absorbed heat to expand so that it blastes immediately. Many chromophore (epidermal) blast and change into singler particles. They go out of body. While many chromophore (in the base tissue) blast to small particles which could be eaten up by phagocytic cells of body;

After being digested by phagocytic cells, it would go out of body by circulation of lymph system. So the pigment of the lesions would be lighter gradually untill disappear.



Since the normal tissue does not absorb laser with 1064nm, the structure of the cells keeps well. So there is no chance for forming scar.
2 Indications and Contraindication

Indications:

1) Could treat with pigmentation

2) Tattoo with all kinds of colors

3) Remove the color of eyebrow, eye line, lip line

Contraindication:

1) Pregnant woman, high blood pressure and heart disease

2) Scar constitutional people

3) Birthmark and nevus higher than skin

4) Wound not recover

5) Skin is in sensitive period
3 Treatment Settings

One treatment course contains 1-5 times treatments;

30-45 days between two treatments
4 Others

1) Maybe some pain during the treatment;

2) Might have blain and it disappears in 5-10 days;

3) The treated skin might be fragility temporarily(do not have dressing or

rub);

4) Ask the customer his disease history and judge whether he could accept the treatment
5 Parameters for Reference

You could choose different frequency and energy (The following parameters is for yellow race people)

1) Remove colored eyebrow(note:the customer shall not open the eyes during treatment)

Remove homochromy blue or black eyebrow:

² Adjust parameters scope according to the depth of color;

² Energy level is about 700 and the frequency is 5Hz;

² The handpiece shall be 2-3 centimeters from the skin to be treated;

² Treatment from both sides of the eyebrow is OK;

² After treating it for 5-10 minutes , if color returns, Again do the treatment with the energy 720-750；

² After 30-45 days, do the second treatment when the color material sill there.

2) Remove colored eyeline (The operator must use thick medical gauze or eyelid plate to protect the eyeball strictly)

Ø Frequency shall be 5Hz and energy is 650-700;

The handpiece shall be 2-3 centimeters away from the skin to be treated;

Ø First, remove the down colored eyeline:

The customer close the eyes with eyeball look up;

The operator push the upper eyelid with the forefinger pressing the gauze; Treat with the down colored eyeline with the midfinger pressing the gauze and down pushing the down eyelid;

Ø Second, remove the upper colored eyeline:

The customer close the eyes with eyeball look down;

The operator down push the down eyelid with the midfinger pressing the gauze; Treat with the upper colored eyeline with the forefinger pressing the gauze and up pushing the upper eyelid;

Ø Normally, two times’ treatments are needed and the delay between them is 30-45 days

3) Remove colored lip line

Ø Frequency shall be 5Hz and energy shall be 650 -700;

Ø The handpiece shall be 3-4 centimeters away from the skin to be treated;

Ø To remove black, coffee, deep red and brown lip line, use double frequency part with 1064nm and then use double frequency part with 532nm；

Ø To remove red, light red, light coffee, use double frequency part with 532nm.

4) Remove tattoo

Ø Frequency shall be 3Hz-5Hz and the energy shall be 650 -700;

Ø The handpiece shall be 3-4 centimeters away from the skin to be treated;

Ø Try to use higher energy to do the treatment;

Ø Normally, use double frequency part with 1064nm to remove blue and black tattoo; Use double frequency part with 532nm to remove red and coffee tattoo;

5) Remove mole

Ø Frequency shall be 3Hz-5Hz and energy is 650-850;

Ø The handpiece shall be 3-4 centimeters away from the skin to be treated;

Ø Try to use higher energy to do the treatment;

Ø You could use double frequency part with 1064nm to remove the mole;

Ø You could use double frequency part with 532nm directly to remove pigmentation as well as deep colored spot nevus;
6 Clinical Treatment Procedure

1) The operator shall keep record for the customer;

2) The operator select parameters to do the treatment according to the situation of the customers before the treatment；

2) Clean skin to be treated before the treatment;

3) Make disinfection for the treatment tools;

4) If treat with the eyebrow, shave the eyebrow before treatment;

5) Could use saline to spread on the skin to be treated;

6) Make disinfection for the gauze when you treat with the colored eyeline;

7) When you do the treatment, ensure that the skin to be treated is dry; That’s because the laser’s energy will reduce when it meets water;

Note:

a) Double frequency part with 1064nm(round head)could remove blue, black and cyanine pigmentation;

b) Double frequency part with 532nm(square toes)could remove the red, brown pigmentation;

c) During the treatment, the handpiece and the skin shall have a angle with 90 Degrees; This could avoid the losing energy;

d) During the treatment, the light spot shall fold to a line;

e) When treat with mole, treat with small parts with several times’ treatments; When finishing treating with each small part, this part shall appear blood spots

7 Reaction during Treatment and Recover after Treatment

1. The broken pigmentation could be treated with by human body, while many pigmentations in the dermal skin will still be there; So the pigmentation would return in short time after treatment;

2. When treat with the deep tissue, the melanin would absorb much energy; This would cause red and swollen, blister, even blood spots; These phenomenon is normal and they are different with different customer; After these phenomenon recover, these skin may feel tickle and hard; Normally these uncomfortable phenomenon would disappear in 3-7 days, while several people would feel comfortable in 1-3 months or longer;

3. After treatment, the treated area may get infection after washing, making up and sunshine; Have diet according to the doctor
8 Some knowledge

1) The difference between the fist treatment and second treatment:

The laser energy in the second treatment is stronger than the one in the first treatment

2) When treat with eyebrow with coffee color, it would appear black and blue:

It is a normal situation; Since the eyebrow with coffee color contains iron ion and lead ion; The lead ion easily stay in the dermal skin; We suggest you using 1064nm and later use 532nm; After half month, if it changes to blue, you use 1064nm and if it changes to red, you use 532nm

3) To treat with eyebrow with red color: Use 1064nm to make skin appear blood spots and use 532nm;

4) To treat with old pigmentation: treat on the pigmentation and make it appear blood spots; It needs three times’ treatments and the delay between them is 45 days;

5) We don’t suggest using this equipment to treat with vascular.
